  • Maintain clear accountability and ownership of services.
  • Implement roadmaps and customer requirements.
  • Compile and share monthly service reports with customers, stakeholders, and teams.
  • Lead application renewals, contract changes, and vendor management
  • Work with partners to maintain, support, and upgrade applications according to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with managed service leads to maintain applications to the highest standard.
  • Ensure services are fit for purpose, align with business needs, and are easy to consume.
  • Shape & design the Lendlease Collaboration Service roadmap
  • Document disaster recovery plans for each application and conduct tests in accordance with policies.
  • Manage escalations and remediation plans.
  • Partner with technology vendors and attend events to showcase new capabilities.
  • Ensure services are secure by design and compliant with enterprise architecture.
  • Reflect total cost of ownership (TCO) in service costing and ensure transparent cost transfer to the business.
  • Align services with compliance and audit requirements.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to drive efficiency and reduce
  • Track, monitor, and report on services for transparency.
  • Cost and charge back all services to the business.
  • Develop clear roadmaps for continual optimisation, modernisation, automation, and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, policies, controls, audit, and security requirements.

  • Have a strong grasp of DevOps, release management, and CI/CD
