What you would be doing

You'll be the friendly face residents can count on for help, whether it’s with cleaning requests or assisting with small tasks around the property. You’ll play a key role in making sure everything stays on track—checking off daily cleaning tasks, keeping supplies organized, and looking sharp while you do it.

  • Approach all resident requests with a friendly, helpful attitude, focusing on exceptional service.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to residents with a positive, can-do attitude, ensuring the highest level of customer care.
  • Keep cleaning supplies organised and stocked.
  • Provide utility readings to residents as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, smart, and professional appearance at all times.
  • Report any health and safety issues immediately to your line manager.
  • Clean all communal areas daily, including polishing, dusting, vacuuming, and adding sparkle to apartments for new move-ins.
  • Keep lifts spotless and ensure panels are streak-free.
  • Complete the daily cleaning checklists on time.
