Hands-on field role responsible for installation, maintenance, and service of high-purity water treatment systems (RO, DI, UV, UF). Focus on customer satisfaction, safe operation, and accurate documentation. Primary responsibility of account management, and the ideal candidate will have experience bringing on new business and growing a territory within the vertical.
- Respond to scheduled on-call service rotations and emergency calls
- Provide customer training on system operation when needed
- Perform system disinfections, component replacements, and preventive maintenance
- Deliver and place water treatment equipment at customer facilities
- Record operating parameters and basic water quality readings

- Experience: ~3+ years experience servicing capital equipment within commercial/industrial water purification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
