About the Role

You will work closely with the MRO base team and internal functions across the Value Streams – Parts Supply, Engineering for TV delivery, the Repair team and Spares Support – to manage parts planning and release. The goal is to ensure engines and modules in the shop follow the required streamer, maximising output volume. The role covers aftermarket operations for Large Trent engines across the global network, spanning planning, control and supplier management. It is critical to enable, support and drive operational performance of the MRO network. • Manage and enable the near‑term operational plan for the assigned MRO base. • Coordinate parts planning and release with Parts Supply, Engineering, Repair, and Spares Support. • Ensure engines and modules meet required streamer to maximise MRO output volume. • Oversee aftermarket operations for Large Trent engines across the global network. • Collaborate with suppliers and internal value‑streams to drive operational performance.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with strong collaboration skills, business improvement or project‑management experience, and an understanding of civil large‑engine architecture (advantageous). Supplier‑facing experience, excellent communication and influencing abilities, and knowledge of MRO, component repair or supply‑chain activity are desirable but can be developed on the job. The position is graded at Derby levels 7 to 10, with salary dependent on experience.
