About the Role
• Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems • Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical malfunctions in heating and cooling units • Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines • Service refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps • Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems and adjust internal controls • Assemble and install metal ductwork; assist in system planning and design • Ensure compliance with city, state, and EPA regulations; keep detailed maintenance records • Identify and mitigate safety risks; collaborate with management on safety standards

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and familiarity with building automation controls, Salesforce, or ServiceMax is a plus. • Possess 5+ years HVAC experience; able to lift 50 lb, stand, crawl, work at heights • Hold a high school diploma/GED and a valid, insurable driver’s license • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally; basic building automation knowledge • Use Salesforce and ServiceMax (preferred) • Provided safety PPE: steel‑toed boots, FR uniforms, gloves, hard hat, face shield, goggles, fall protection, respirator, earplugs
