About the Role

Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Financial Analyst will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, providing actionable insights that support operational efficiency and strategic decisions. • Prepare the company's annual budgets. • Build and manage complex multi‑source financial models in Power BI and Power Query for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, performance gaps, and cost‑optimization opportunities. • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, conducting variance analyses and advising strategic adjustments. • Produce monthly management reporting packages with clear variance analysis for senior leadership and the board. • Track and report key performance indicators of financial health and strategic progress. • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and assess business cases for strategic initiatives and investments. • Monitor industry, market, and competitor trends to inform strategic decision‑making.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience as a Financial Data Analyst. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field. • Experience in the construction industry, specifically multifamily residential renovations. • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and building complex financial models. • Strong understanding of financial accounting and ERP systems. • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including expert‑level DAX and M code knowledge. • Strong command of Power Query for data extraction and transformation. • Working knowledge of NetSuite for financial and operational data integration. • Advanced Excel skills. • Proven ability to present analyses to project managers, accountants, executives, and board members. • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
