About the Role

The role of Sales Support Administrator is responsible for processing orders secured by the sales team and ensuring booking packages are completed within 30 days of the order date. Reporting to local sales managers and jointly accountable to the Fire Domain program leader, you will serve as the main point of contact for sales to resolve gaps in booking materials, customer data, and payment details. Key duties include reviewing booking checklists, gathering missing information, validating proposals and purchase orders, obtaining customer signatures, and maintaining accurate customer master data in the ERP system. You will also secure necessary certificates, validate credit levels, initiate legal reviews, ensure compliance with government regulations, and manage change orders. The position requires coaching sellers on process improvements, leading weekly booking progress calls, and conducting monthly metrics reviews. You will support dispute management, OTC processes, and contribute to annual secured volume targets by building targeted improvement plans for underperforming markets. • Process and book sales orders within 30 days, ensuring all documentation is complete. • Review booking checklists, gather missing items, and push back to salespeople when needed. • Verify proposals, contracts, and purchase orders for accuracy and obtain customer signatures. • Create and maintain accurate customer master data in the ERP system, including new customers. • Obtain required certificates (insurance, tax‑exempt) and validate credit levels. • Initiate legal reviews and secure all necessary approvals through the DOA process. • Manage government compliance, change orders, and dispute resolution as required. • Coach sellers on process improvements and lead weekly booking progress calls. • Conduct monthly metrics reviews and develop improvement plans for underperforming markets. • Provide OTC management support and contribute to achieving annual secured volume targets.

What You Bring

Candidates should have three to five years of experience in order processing, office management, AR/AP, or credit functions, with payroll data‑entry experience considered a plus. Proficiency in a Windows environment, Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel), strong interpersonal and decision‑making skills, and experience with ERP tools are essential. • 3–5+ years of order processing, office management, AR/AP, or credit experience. • Prior payroll data‑entry experience is a plus. • Proficient in Windows, email, Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills. • Strong interpersonal, decision‑making, and professional communication abilities. • Experienced with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
