About the Role

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician you will support the Operations Maintenance Team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging and distribution equipment throughout the building. You will also have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Key responsibilities include promoting safety, completing preventive maintenance with proper documentation, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on conveyors, belts, motors, sensors, and relays. You will manage work orders, track labor hours, parts usage, and inventory in the CMMS, mentor junior technicians, and maintain positive relationships across the facility. • Promote safety by adhering to all safety procedures and fostering a safety‑first culture. • Perform preventive maintenance on material handling equipment and document all routines. • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems on conveyors, motors, sensors, and related systems. • Create, assign, and close work orders while tracking labor hours, parts usage, and inventory in the CMMS. • Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with facility teams to ensure effective operations.

What You Bring

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), at least two years of MHE repair and predictive maintenance experience, blueprint and schematic reading skills, proficiency with a CMMS and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work flexible schedules; preferred candidates hold an associate degree in a mechanical or electrical field and have experience with robotics and MHE safety standards. Physical demands involve reaching overhead, climbing ladders or aerial lifts, lifting up to 50 lb, and wearing required PPE in a warehouse environment. • Meet basic qualifications: high school diploma, 2+ years MHE repair experience, predictive maintenance, blueprint/schematic reading, CMMS and Microsoft Office proficiency. • Preferred qualifications: associate degree in mechanical/electrical, experience with MHE safety standards, robotics operation and maintenance. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, work on ladders/aerial lifts, and perform tasks while wearing required PPE.
