About the Role
The Sr. Work Week Manager directs the development of detailed corrective and preventative maintenance schedules for an assigned work week, ensuring adherence to online risk profiles, Technical Specifications, and Clean Energy Center procedures. The role requires strong leadership experience from prior operations or managerial positions to guide safe and efficient execution. Key duties include coordinating schedule development with planners and project managers, overseeing execution while maintaining safety and compliance, managing emergent work priorities, and producing weekly performance analysis for the Performance Accountability Review. The manager also mentors work‑management staff, assists with forced outage coordination, and provides emergency response and departmental coverage as needed. • Develop detailed corrective and preventative maintenance schedules for each work week. • Ensure compliance with Technical Specifications, Maintenance Rules, and online risk requirements. • Lead safe and efficient execution of the work‑week schedule. • Collaborate with planners, schedulers, and Project Managers to resolve scheduling conflicts. • Manage priority emergent work and coordinate forced outages as needed. • Analyze weekly schedule performance and present corrective actions at PAR meetings. • Coach, mentor, and develop members of the work‑management organization. • Provide emergency response, departmental coverage, and support outage activities. • Maintain required access levels and pass medical examinations per position duties.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED, eight years of related experience, and prior supervisory or managerial experience in operations, maintenance, or engineering. Preferred qualifications include strong PC scheduling expertise, a Senior Reactor Operator license, and an engineering or technical degree. • Hold supervisory or managerial experience in operations, maintenance, or engineering. • Demonstrate strong personal computer scheduling skills. • Possess or be eligible for a Senior Reactor Operator license (preferred). • Hold an engineering or technical degree (preferred).
