Job Highlights
About the Role
In this fast‑moving and innovative environment, the scheduler is at the center of planning and coordinating production for long‑lead components, engineered‑to‑order equipment, and project‑driven manufacturing, balancing customer demand, capacity constraints, material availability, and evolving market conditions. The position works closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Project Management to translate strategy into action, ensuring the right products move at the right time and supporting overall project milestones. The role also carries responsibility for compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring all scheduling activities meet corporate standards. • Develop and maintain the master production schedule aligned to demand and project milestones. • Translate S&OP outputs into efficient, executable production plans. • Manage long‑lead and engineered‑to‑order items for energy manufacturing. • Perform capacity planning and recommend mitigation strategies. • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure material availability. • Monitor inventory targets and create recovery plans for shortages. • Partner cross‑functionally to support NPIs, ECOs, and schedule updates. • Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field required. • Minimum 3 + years of production scheduling or planning experience in a manufacturing environment. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. • Experience in energy, industrial, or engineered‑to‑order manufacturing preferred.
