About the Role

The successful candidate will provide proactive, commercially‑focused legal support to a range of service lines, work on both contentious and non‑contentious matters, and help deliver an exceptional client experience across a global, matrixed organisation. • Provide commercial legal support across multiple service lines, including Asset Services, Occupier Services, Integrated Facilities Management, Project & Development Services, Brokerage & Capital Markets, Consultancy, and Valuation & Advisory. • Advise on contentious and non‑contentious matters, including M&A and other corporate transactions. • Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial client contracts and responses to RFPs. • Negotiate and draft commercial supply agreements such as licensing, consulting, and services contracts. • Manage and resolve claims and disputes, coordinating with external counsel and insurers as needed. • Liaise with legal colleagues and global business stakeholders to support cross‑border and international agreements. • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks associated with contractual arrangements. • Maintain internal governance, controls, and approval processes for contract execution. • Deliver legal training and guidance to commercial teams across the business. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal precedents and knowledge resources. • Support the supervision and development of junior members of the legal team.

What You Bring

The position requires a qualified solicitor with at least two years of post‑qualification experience, strong contract‑drafting and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to manage disputes and advise on risk in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in construction or real‑estate is a plus. • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of two years post‑qualification experience (or equivalent). • Strong experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts with minimal supervision. • Proven ability to manage and resolve legal disputes effectively. • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to deliver pragmatic legal advice in a fast‑paced environment. • Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with a practical, solutions‑focused approach. • Strong judgement and ability to identify and manage legal risk. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with legal and non‑legal stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global, matrixed organisation. • Construction and/or real‑estate experience is desirable but not essential.
