About the Role
The role involves supporting enterprise applications both on‑premises and in the cloud, performing regular upgrades, and ensuring high reliability and uptime. The engineer will also facilitate audit controls, maintain security compliance, and manage API integrations while collaborating with internal stakeholders. • Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot enterprise applications in data centers and the cloud. • Perform regular application upgrades and maintenance. • Support a large developer base efficiently and effectively. • Facilitate audit controls and ensure application security compliance. • Troubleshoot and manage API and SDK integrations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and resolve integrations. • Ensure high reliability and uptime of applications. • Participate in on-call rotations and occasional evening/weekend maintenance.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 3‑5+ years of experience supporting source‑control tools and Linux system administration, strong Git expertise, and the ability to read and debug Linux logs. Familiarity with virtual machines, cloud environments, and API interaction via tools like curl is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud/Server or Artifactory administration, scripting in Python, Bash, or Node.js, and knowledge of GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace. Infrastructure as Code practices and relevant certifications are a plus. • 3‑5+ years experience supporting source‑control tools for engineers. • 3‑5+ years Linux system administration experience. • Proficient in reading and debugging Linux system logs. • Hands‑on Git experience with troubleshooting of common errors. • Familiarity with production‑level virtual machines and cloud environments. • Experience interacting with APIs using tools like curl. • Experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Enterprise Server, or Artifactory administration. • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Node.js. • Familiarity with GitHub Actions, integrations, and Artifactory XRay features. • Experience with Kubernetes. • Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace. • Understanding of feature flags and code quality tools. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices. • Relevant certifications (GitHub or DevOps) are a plus.
