About the Role
In this client‑facing role you will support business leaders in selecting, configuring, implementing, and sustaining EHS and sustainability management information systems. You will provide independent advice on off‑the‑shelf or custom‑built technologies and stay informed about market offerings. Training will be provided, and strong client communication skills, a passion for sustainability, and a technical background are essential. Key duties include evaluating EMIS solutions, assisting clients with system requirements, and managing all project life‑cycle stages from configuration and integration to training, rollout, support, and maintenance. You will support consultant teams by drafting design documents, configuring technical specifications, migrating data, and creating custom reports, dashboards, and automated interfaces. Additionally, you will map business processes, facilitate change management, and act as a subject‑matter expert for production issues while championing innovative solutions such as Sphera, Enablon, Intelex, SAI Global, and Cority. • Evaluate market EMIS solutions and advise clients on software selection. • Implement and configure EMIS platforms globally, including integration and rollout. • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for consultants and client users. • Draft system design documents, configure technical specifications, and migrate data. • Create custom reports, dashboards, and automated interfaces to meet business needs. • Map end‑to‑end business processes and ensure compliance with IT integration guidelines. • Facilitate change management for adoption of new information systems. • Serve as a subject‑matter expert and escalation point for production issues. • Champion innovative EHS/S sustainability technologies such as Sphera, Enablon, and Intelex.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an environmental or technical discipline such as Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields. Although 0+ years of experience with EMIS platforms (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, SAI Global, Cority, Sphera) is acceptable, a diversified IT background and knowledge of EHS software domains are advantageous. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in an environmental or technical field; experience with EMIS platforms preferred.
