About the Role
• Direct daily production schedules for assembly/fabrication of sub‑assemblies, parts, or units. • Facilitate workflow by assigning work, managing absences, answering questions, and resolving problems. • Control costs within budget, minimizing scrap and rework. • Anticipate and address production delays, material shortages, and equipment malfunctions. • Provide technical assistance for equipment repairs and expedite fixes. • Collaborate with engineering to improve cost reduction, work simplification, scheduling, and labor planning. • Supervise, evaluate, and train team members. • Assist in accident investigations and implement corrective actions. • Promote safety compliance and enforce company policies. • Maintain accurate production and employee records. • Apply Lean tools (VSM, SMED, 5S, TPM, Kaizen) to improve key business drivers.

What You Bring
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required. • Minimum six years of manufacturing/production experience, with at least three years in a supervisory role. • Basic welding experience and strong people‑management skills. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, one year manufacturing experience, and Lean or Six Sigma expertise.
