What You Bring

AECOM is hiring a Travel Team Specialist for its Corporate Travel team. The role offers hybrid flexibility and can be based in any continental US location. The specialist provides customer and administrative support across travel categories such as air, car rental, hotel, meetings, payments, and the travel management company, while communicating effectively via platforms like Teams, Zoom, and Webex. • Hold a BA/BS (0 yr experience) or AS degree (2 + yr) or HS diploma (4 + yr) relevant experience. • Demonstrate customer service or administrative support experience in a fast‑paced environment. • Possess advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams). • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication, resourcefulness, and collaboration at all organizational levels. • Be highly detail‑oriented with strong organization to prioritize multiple deliverables. • Apply strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. • Work effectively independently and collegially, engaging with internal and external stakeholders. • Preferred: Travel or hospitality experience. • Preferred: Experience within a large, complex organization.
