About the Role
Key duties include compiling Excel lists of electrical equipment from drawings and bills of material, coordinating project schedules with managers, and preparing kickoff and closeout documentation using Adobe Acrobat. The role also involves entering scope‑of‑work requests, supporting large hyperscale customers with contracts exceeding $3 M, and contributing to short‑term projects as needed. • Compile Excel inventories of electrical equipment from drawings and BOMs. • Coordinate project schedules and communicate with project managers. • Create kickoff and closeout documents using Adobe Acrobat. • Enter scope‑of‑work requests and follow project manager direction. • Support large hyperscale customers with contracts over $3 M. • Contribute to short‑term projects as needed. • Work with diverse equipment manufacturers, software packages, and network architectures, including major OEMs, HMIs, and PLCs. • Maintain compliance with safety program and undergo background/drug screenings. • Interface with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders on technical issues. • Build and sustain long‑term customer relationships.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold at least a high‑school diploma, have one year of experience interpreting electrical drawings, and be proficient in Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required, and a bachelor’s degree or exposure to datacenter processes is preferred. The position requires strict adherence to the company’s safety program, completion of periodic background and drug screenings, and strong computer skills with Windows and database environments. Candidates should be able to interface with internal and external customers on technical matters and demonstrate a track record of building long‑term customer relationships. • Demonstrate strong Windows and database computer skills. • Possess at least a high‑school diploma and one year of electrical drawing experience. • Proficient in Excel and Adobe Acrobat. • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; bachelor’s degree or datacenter exposure preferred.
