About the Role
The Senior Occupancy Planner delivers strategic and tactical space planning to manage supply, capacity, and demand across client real‑estate portfolios, optimizing utilization through layout options, reorganization strategies, and occupancy solutions aligned with business needs. In this role, the planner ensures data integrity of CAD floor plans and space allocation, provides utilization metrics, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to implement efficient, data‑driven space solutions that improve workplace functionality and employee experience. • Develop and maintain site-level occupancy plans, including forecasts, stacking plans, and scenario modeling. • Lead strategic initiatives such as migrations, restacks, consolidations, and relocations. • Analyze space utilization data via space walks, reporting tools, and metrics to identify efficiency opportunities. • Create conceptual and detailed layouts using AutoCAD and other design tools. • Coordinate weekly group moves and monthly site relocations with facilities, project teams, and vendors. • Conduct site surveys, floor plan audits, and ensure data accuracy in CAFM/IWMS systems. • Facilitate planning sessions, move meetings, and town halls to support change management. • Provide utilization analysis, trend reporting, and present recommendations to stakeholders. • Collaborate with business leaders to align space planning with operational goals. • Recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery and data integrity. • Support budgeting for capital and operating expenses related to occupancy planning. • Mentor junior planners and contribute to team knowledge sharing. • Ensure compliance with client playbooks, policies, and space planning standards. • Scheduling flexibility for evenings, weekends, and rapid response to emergencies.

What You Bring
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with at least five to seven years in occupancy planning, space management, or corporate real estate, and be skilled in AutoCAD, CAFM/IWMS platforms, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools. The position is primarily office‑based with extended computer use, occasional site visits and audits, and may require up to 20 % travel; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergency service requests is essential. • Demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication, client focus, attention to detail, problem solving, collaboration, adaptability, leadership, and strategic thinking. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, or equivalent experience; 5‑7 years of occupancy planning or corporate real estate experience. • Proficient in AutoCAD and CAFM/IWMS platforms (iOffice, TRIRIGA); advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau. • Knowledge of space planning principles, BOMA standards, and workplace strategy. • Physical: office‑based work with up to 8 hrs computer use, occasional site visits, travel up to 20 %.
