About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at an assigned property. This includes showing units, qualifying prospects, completing lease paperwork, managing move‑ins, and addressing resident concerns to ensure satisfaction. The role also supports retention initiatives, office upkeep, and the execution of marketing strategies to drive traffic and meet leasing goals. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up with prospects. • Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, achieve closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests promptly. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Contribute to the upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, and model unit. • Assist with annual marketing plan outreach and conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; submit weekly market reports. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and ensure consistent resident interactions. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
• Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. • Physical ability to move, lift up to 25 lb, ascend ladders, stand or sit for extended periods, and work in varied weather, overtime, weekends, or night shifts.
