About the Role

As a Customer Service Export Specialist, you will work closely with international customers and Hitachi locations worldwide, supporting Marketing and Field Sales teams to deliver cost‑competitive solutions for foreign contracts. Your expertise in trade compliance, documentation, and customer service will ensure compliance with external and internal regulations while strengthening cross‑border relationships. You will use Hitachi tools for product configuration, order entry, and invoicing, track orders to guarantee timely delivery, and coordinate export arrangements with Hitachi Logistics. Responsibilities also include invoicing per INCO terms, managing contracts from entry through delivery and payment, expediting import/export licenses and letters of credit, preparing shipping documents, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Utilize Hitachi tools for product configuration, order entry, and invoicing. • Track orders to ensure timely delivery to customers. • Coordinate export arrangements with Hitachi Logistics. • Invoice customers according to INCO terms and manage contracts from entry to payment. • Expedite import/export licenses, letters of credit, and prepare shipping documents. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and possess knowledge of INCO terms and international trade compliance. Experience in B2B customer support, preferably with international clients, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and SAP experience (a plus) are required.
