About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to managers and staff by handling phone calls, greeting visitors, managing mail, and preparing routine correspondence. This role also involves maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and generating standard and statistical reports while ensuring confidentiality at all times. • Answer incoming calls, route calls, and place outgoing calls as required. • Greet visitors, determine purpose of visit, and escort them to the appropriate personnel. • Read, sort, and distribute incoming mail. • Respond to requests for information, materials, or business needs. • Compose and prepare routine correspondence. • File correspondence and maintain records. • Schedule appointments for managers and staff members. • Compile and maintain standard and statistical reports. • Maintain highest level of confidentiality at all times.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework preferred, and a minimum of two years of office experience.
