Job Highlights
About the Role
The representative implements sales and marketing strategies and promotions, and assists with planned activities such as counter‑days, product demonstrations, and maintenance of point‑of‑purchase displays. They also develop contractor sales and account strategies to achieve results in the metro area. • Onboard and introduce new products to assigned wholesale distributor branch locations. • Conduct product trainings, demonstrations, counter‑days, trade shows, and manage leads. • Prioritize and follow up on leads received from trade shows or other sources. • Maintain and utilize CRM/SAP Mobile Sales calendars to document opportunities and activities. • Manage and track distribution of loaner tools. • Support cross‑functional teams and promote EDI/VMI adoption by distributors. • Execute regional and corporate objectives. • Maintain monthly sales reports, identify business opportunities, and report trends. • Increase market growth for contractors and distributors. • Secure new business relationships and support existing customers. • Ensure accurate reporting and metrics. • Interpret and forecast changes in contractor and wholesaler buying patterns and product requirements.

What You Bring
A college degree is strongly preferred, along with at least two years of product‑sales experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Travel may be up to 80 % local with about 20 % overnight. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and relationship‑building skills. • Exhibit excellent written, verbal, listening, and public speaking communication abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SAP, and CRM systems.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $71,000 to $97,000 base salary, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus tied to company and individual performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a wellness program, HSA contributions, voluntary life and disability coverage, a 401(k) plan with a 7.5 % company match, and generous time‑off policies (22 days PTO, 9 holidays, 2 volunteer days).
