About the Role
As a Senior Design Coordinator you will evaluate and apply architectural techniques, perform assignments with minimal supervision, work directly with owners or clients, write specifications, conduct code reviews, and support project architects throughout all phases of design and construction, while also handling additional duties as required. • Evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques and modifications to construction documents. • Perform architectural assignments independently with minimal guidance. • Collaborate with owners/clients to recommend procedures. • Write architectural specifications and conduct code reviews. • Support Project Architects and coordinate work across all project phases.

What You Bring
We seek candidates who hold at least a bachelor’s degree in architecture (a master’s is preferred), have five or more years of experience preparing details, specifications, and construction documents, and are eligible for future registration. Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and graphic tools, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to our employee‑owned culture are essential, while experience in data‑center or mission‑critical projects, sustainable design, and travel willingness are valued. • Master's degree in Architecture. • Experience with data centers or mission‑critical facilities. • Knowledge of sustainable design/LEED (optional). • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Experience with SketchUp (optional). • Willingness to travel semi‑regularly to project sites. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience preparing details, specifications, and construction documents. • Eligibility for future registration. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related tools. • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
