About the Role

• Manage contractual and commercial correspondence • Prepare and maintain payment, variation, and claims logs • Coordinate with clients and supervision teams on contractual matters • Support commercial and contractual issues, including drafting letters • Guide QSs on measurement principles and review BOQ recapitulations • Review monthly financial reports, interim/final measurements, and pay certificates • Process contractor payment certificates and tender documents • Prepare and review variation, change orders, and new rate submissions • Support cost planning, cost control, and evaluate claims • Review preparation of change and variation orders • Draft and review contractual letters

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field • Professional MRICS membership (highly preferred) • Minimum 15 years’ experience in prime contract administration of major roads and large infrastructure projects • Knowledge of CESMM, FIDIC, and related standards • Proficiency with contract administration software packages • Demonstrated management capability • Strong English written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities • UAE client approvals experience (preferred) • Prior consultancy experience (preferred) • Relevant professional membership • Work experience in Dubai
