About the Role
In this role you will lead first‑principles estimating, coordinate inputs from engineers and subcontractors, present clear cost breakdowns and support risk reviews. Reporting to the Originations Manager, you will guide junior estimators and shape pricing strategies for road, rail and water bids. • Build first‑principles estimates for road, rail and water projects. • Coordinate subcontractor pricing and engineer inputs. • Analyse scope and contract risk to inform pricing strategy. • Present clear cost breakdowns and support risk reviews. • Track tender progress in internal systems and capture lessons learned. • Lead and mentor junior estimators. • Utilize CANDY estimating software.

What You Bring
• Hold a Civil Engineering degree with 10+ years of estimating experience. • Maintain a valid White Card and driver’s licence.
