About the Role
In this position you will oversee a portfolio of retail locations, planning daily visits and using data tools to guide your routing and strategy. Your primary focus is to grow sales and meet established point‑of‑sale targets across the territory. Collaboration with store and district managers, sales operations, and retail service partners is essential to align initiatives, secure inventory, and execute both national and local promotions. You will also engage key decision‑makers and conduct quality walks to ensure service accountability. Regular job‑site visits will allow you to provide product training, seeding and relationship building with professional end‑users, supporting broader sales goals. Budget stewardship for travel, demos and related expenses is also part of the role. • Drive top‑line sales and achieve quarterly and annual POS goals for Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts. • Analyze Power BI, Salesforce and ShowPad data to develop territory routing, sales plans and inventory strategies. • Partner with store and district managers, sales operations and retail service partners to execute national and local activations. • Conduct job‑site visits, product training, seeding and build relationships with professional end‑users to meet Pro sales targets. • Manage budgets for travel, demo tools and other expenses while ensuring compliance with safety and travel policies.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings 3‑5 years of retail sales experience in consumer goods, strong analytical skills with Power BI, Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform occasional ladder work. Regional travel and a few weekend days per year are required, and candidates must pass a drug test and motor‑vehicle‑record check. • Qualifications: 3‑5 years retail sales experience in consumer goods, ability to lift 50 lb, regional travel and occasional weekends, proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
