About the Role
You will oversee a wide variety of survey services, mentor rising talent, and collaborate with top professionals in AEC. Responsibilities include managing multiple survey crews, handling client communication, preparing proposals and invoices, and driving new business development across service lines such as 3D high‑definition laser scanning, mobile LiDAR, rail surveying, GPS, and conventional surveys. • Lead and manage survey/geospatial projects, coordinating client communication, proposals, and invoicing. • Supervise two or more survey crews. • Develop new business by leveraging existing clients and Colliers' service lines (3D HD laser scanning, mobile LiDAR, rail surveying, GPS, conventional surveys).

What You Bring
Are you a licensed surveyor or experienced survey leader ready to take charge of high‑impact projects across land development, infrastructure, and construction?
