About the Role
The Design Coordinator role supports the planning and design of high‑performance data centers and facilities that power cloud computing, AI, and essential digital infrastructure. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver efficient, scalable, and resilient environments. • Evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques and modify construction documents. • Perform architectural assignments with minimal direction from the Project Architect or Project Manager. • Work directly with owners/clients to recommend procedures. • Write architectural specifications and conduct code reviews. • Support Project Architects, Design Coordinators, and BIM Specialists across all project phases.

What You Bring
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to client contract requirements. • Master’s degree in Architecture. • Experience designing data centers and other critical facilities. • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit. • Knowledge of Photoshop, 3‑D Studio Max, Rhino, and Grasshopper. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. • Eligibility for future architectural registration. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
