About the Role
Key duties include engaging with suppliers through site visits to ensure security compliance, acting as the primary contact for classification‑related supply chain matters, and supporting the Security Manager in maintaining physical and cyber security standards. The role also involves planning security visits based on risk assessments, maintaining relevant databases, and assisting with the coordination and investigation of security breaches. Additionally, the incumbent will help manage the transport of classified documents, components, and products between Rolls‑Royce and its supply chain. • Engage with suppliers, conduct site visits, and verify compliance with security requirements. • Serve as the primary contact for supply chain matters involving classified information. • Support the Supply Chain Security Manager and maintain physical and cyber security standards and procedures. • Plan and coordinate supply chain security visits based on risk assessments. • Maintain and update relevant security databases. • Assist in coordinating and investigating security breaches, documenting reports and records. • Manage transport of classified documents, components, and products between Rolls‑Royce and the supply chain.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, experience with database administration and reporting, and a good understanding of Government Classified Information security controls (beneficial). A full UK driving licence is required, and the candidate must be able to obtain a Security Check clearance. Candidates must be UK nationals or, in MoD‑approved cases, dual nationals. A Security Check clearance is required to work for Rolls‑Royce Submarines; the company will support applicants who do not already hold this clearance. Eligibility is limited to UK nationals or dual nationals approved by the MoD. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills. • Experience administering databases and generating reports. • Knowledge of security controls for Government Classified Information (beneficial). • Hold a full UK driving licence. • Obtain a Security Check clearance; be a UK national or MoD‑approved dual national.
