About the Role
In this role you will lead projects to success by improving processes and guiding teams through every phase. You will establish effective structures for reporting, communication and procedures, set clear objectives, and implement quality‑control systems. A primary focus is keeping clients first, building strong, positive relationships, understanding their needs and constraints, and ensuring revenue and payment cycles are properly managed. You will also identify business opportunities and develop connections with other JLL business lines. You will uphold JLL’s 200‑year legacy by creating a network of professional consultants, handling vendor contracts in line with legal requirements, and protecting commercial interests. Identifying and mitigating project risks, as well as producing regular reports, analyses and reviews, are key responsibilities. • Lead project development across all phases, establishing structure, objectives, and quality controls. • Oversee and motivate project teams, manage budgets, and produce monthly reports. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are met and revenue cycles managed. • Identify business opportunities and collaborate with other JLL business lines. • Administer vendor contracts in compliance with legal requirements and mitigate project risks. • Produce regular project reports, analyses, and reviews.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a degree in a property‑related discipline and has 10‑12 years of experience in design, construction or project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Prolog, and a deep understanding of legal, planning and commercial aspects are required. Superior communication skills are essential for handling complex conversations with senior executives and stakeholders, building team relationships, and influencing decisions across the organization. • Hold a degree in a property‑related discipline with 10–12 years of design, construction, or project‑management experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Prolog; understand legal, planning, and commercial aspects of projects. • Demonstrate superior communication skills for interacting with senior executives and stakeholders.
