About the Role
• Lead project management for MEP base‑build and fit‑out works. • Monitor and coordinate MEP activities on construction and interior fit‑out projects. • Schedule MEP resources and manage stakeholder relationships. • Prepare progress reports, status updates, and complete project documentation. • Ensure site health and safety, quality assurance, and control of MEP systems. • Oversee procurement, change management and commissioning of MEP systems.

What You Bring
• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with 5‑8 years experience. • Demonstrated experience in residential and interior fit‑out projects. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Project.
