About the Role

The Property Manager role at Sage5430 (Cushman & Wakefield) oversees affordable multifamily communities, ensuring market‑ready standards and high service levels while leading teams to maximize performance. • Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast‑paced environment • Oversee maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits • Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to increase satisfaction, renewals, and revenue • Complete lease and renewal paperwork according to company standards • Track and evaluate advertising performance and client traffic • Develop, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management functions • Analyze competition and devise creative marketing programs to drive revenue • Model Cushman & Wakefield’s mission and enforce company policies and procedures • Supervise on‑site staff, handling hiring, coaching, and performance management • Maintain resident files and ensure a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution • Manage community budget, finances, and expense control • Collaborate with leasing staff to achieve leasing and marketing goals

What You Bring

Benefits
