About the Role
The role involves managing all activities related to housekeeping, pest control, façade cleaning, and horticulture while actively addressing client concerns about Soft Services using domain expertise. You will oversee cleaning operations, supervise staff, manage budgets and inventories, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with operational standards and client expectations across the site. • Oversee cleaning services in common areas, applying janitorial best practices and hygiene standards. • Conduct daily premises rounds to identify and address cleaning issues. • Develop work plans, inspect sites, and assign tasks to cleaning and maintenance teams. • Brief and de‑brief staff on duties, work zones, and special instructions each shift. • Establish operational standards, maintain budget records, and implement procedures. • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering replenishments as needed. • Prepare site reports such as DMR, MMR, and quarterly business reviews. • Estimate costs and manage departmental budgets. • Plan quarterly beautification projects and coordinate festival/event decorations. • Supervise landscaping and gardening activities. • Manage vendor personnel, contracts, compliance, and attendance. • Enforce staff discipline, attire, and workplace etiquette. • Facilitate employee training and skill‑enhancement programs. • Address employee relations issues and ensure statutory compliance. • Develop, review, and improve SOPs, processes, and programs. • Create and implement checklists per client or SME formats. • Keep janitor closets and storage areas orderly and well‑maintained.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates are analytical, meticulous problem‑solvers with strong communication skills. A degree or diploma in housekeeping/hospitality and 5‑7 years of relevant experience are required, along with proficiency in English and basic MS Office knowledge.
