About the Role

As a Front Desk Clerk, you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following duties to the highest standards. • Ensure every interaction with owners or guests is positive and memorable during check‑in, check‑out, and request handling. • Accurately input and maintain reservation data in the computerized system. • Resolve unit availability issues and assist guests with reservations or changes using the reservation system. • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise sales. • Maintain safety deposit boxes. • Complete housekeeping and maintenance work orders, coordinating with appropriate departmental personnel. • Restock the front desk with supplies and prepare arrival packets. • Provide guests with information on local attractions and resort amenities. • Type correspondence and reports for management as needed.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a positive demeanor, a cheerful smile, at least a high school education, strong English communication skills, open availability, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
