GP PRO Training Manager – Customer Development
Design, deliver, and coach sales training for GP PRO's Away-From-Home Customer Development team.

About the Role
• Activating sales enablement initiatives to drive the business vision and growth priorities. • Enhancing Supervisors coaching effectiveness through tailored Customer Development trainings and coaching guides. • Developing, creating, facilitating and socializing Customer Development role specific sales training in partnership with the SS&E Learning & Development Team. • Advising Supervisors as they create actionable individualized training and competency development plans for their direct reports. • Collaborating with internal CPG capabilities, such as Category, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Solutions, Manufacturing and Sustainability, to drive and manage SS&E Training Initiatives. • Providing consultative coaching to Customer Development Supervisors and sellers to advance sales-related activities, processes, practices, and expectations.

What You Bring
• Ability to travel up to 20% • Valid U.S. driver license • Experience creating and facilitating adult learning and sales training sessions • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suites, & AI Tools • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Experience working with distribution and GP PROs Customer Development organization • 5 years of experience in CPG sales or CPG sales training.
