About the Role
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel. • Prioritize and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely follow‑through. • Create visual presentations and draft written communications for internal and external audiences. • Coordinate large meetings, handling venue selection, video conferencing, materials, catering, and gifts. • Support annual business planning processes for the Finance Leadership Team. • Handle inbound and outbound electronic and written communications. • Process expense reports accurately and promptly. • Perform assigned project management tasks. • Assist with onboarding of new team members reporting to supported executives. • Maintain filing and tickler systems, organizing paperwork and priorities. • Build effective relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. • Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates will have extensive executive support experience, strong proficiency with Microsoft tools, and a track record of professionalism, discretion, and effective communication. • Minimum 7 years experience supporting corporate executives. • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required). • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to learn SurveyMonkey, Oracle, and other online tools. • Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion with sensitive financial and personnel data. • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and creative solution abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail. • Ability to work flexibly, proactively, and efficiently in a changing environment. • Active listening, openness to diverse input, and a positive, helpful demeanor. • Basic research skills and competency navigating the Internet for information synthesis.
