About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II is tasked with efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community while supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing overall maintenance programs. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical repairs. • Assist Service Manager with community tasks. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to emergency calls per policy. • Support resident functions and community preservation plans. • Work flexible schedule and be on-call as needed.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, a self‑starter, and a team player with at least one year of apartment maintenance experience. Required qualifications include an A/C Certification Type II or Universal, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on‑call. • Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience. • Hold A/C Certification Type II or Universal. • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
