About the Role

As an Underground Foreman you will support all phases of utility construction for various telecom projects, ensuring the job is done right and striving for excellence. • Perform work on outdoor utility construction sites. • Troubleshoot field problems as they arise. • Train crew on various tools and equipment. • Operate machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers, etc. • Manage all aspects of job‑site construction. • Prioritize safety daily. • Coach and mentor team members.
