About the Role

As the Quality Lead for the Energy group in WSP Canada’s ERI sector, you will strengthen the delivery of consistent, high‑quality work across complex projects. You will guide the Quality Management System, support internal and external audits, improve processes and embed a culture of excellence throughout the business. • Lead and continuously improve the ISO 9001‑aligned Quality Management System. • Plan, execute and follow up on internal audits while supporting external audit processes. • Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with project, client and regulatory standards. • Conduct root‑cause analysis and apply quality tools to identify and implement process improvements. • Advise project and operations teams on quality control measures and prevention of recurring issues. • Provide quality inputs for proposals, bids and client pre‑qualification packages. • Deliver QMS training and promote a culture of continuous improvement. • Support internal and client audits with effective communication of metrics, KPIs and findings. • Travel occasionally as required to project sites.

What You Bring

• Bring 10+ years of quality management experience in consulting or engineering design environments. • Hold recognized ISO 9001 Quality Auditor certification; nuclear industry experience (CSA N299, CSA N285) is an asset. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of QMS principles, risk‑based thinking and quality methodologies. • Work collaboratively with technical and leadership teams; fluent in English, French a plus.
