About the Role

The role requires a mechanical integrity engineer to lead risk‑based inspection programs, troubleshoot equipment, and develop innovative solutions for fixed‑equipment integrity in petrochemical facilities. The position also supports pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, mentors junior staff, and coordinates globally to ensure high‑quality, effective integrity management. • Lead mechanical integrity for fixed equipment in petrochemical facilities. • Manage risk‑based inspection (RBI) programs, including planning, execution, and optimization. • Provide technical support for troubleshooting, asset improvement, and technology selection. • Deliver technical leadership in inspection and corrosion management for upstream/downstream assets. • Develop innovative solutions, automations, and methodologies to differentiate Quest Global. • Conduct integrity assessments such as fitness‑for‑service, corrosion evaluations, and remaining life studies. • Oversee Integrity Engineers to ensure quality‑scale workflow execution. • Support pre‑sales business development and post‑sales project implementation. • Recruit, train, and develop skilled resources to meet project targets. • Act as liaison among customers, sales teams, and global technical groups. • Build and nurture global customer relationships and strategic partnerships. • Review technical scoping, estimations, feasibility studies, and solution designs. • Perform degradation evaluations for pressure equipment, heat exchangers, piping, flares, storage tanks, and relief devices. • Monitor integrity parameters to guarantee reliable operations. • Conduct root‑cause analysis, recommend integrity actions, and identify “bad actors” to reduce downtime. • Apply data analytics and digital tools to drive digital transformation of integrity practices. • Develop risk‑based strategies, criticality assessments, and optimal inspection intervals complying with regulations. • Provide regional oversight of integrity metrics for quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. • Coordinate knowledge transfer and skill management across global centers. • Mentor new team members and provide continuous on‑the‑job guidance. • Analyze inspection results and prescribe future actions, including thickness and fitness‑for‑service assessments.

What You Bring

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical engineering. • 2‑5 years of oil & gas experience in refining, petrochemical, LNG, or related sectors. • Strong knowledge of upstream and downstream operations and RBI methodologies. • Expertise in fixed‑equipment inspection tasks, inspection optimization, and piping circuitization/TML development. • Familiarity with API damage mechanisms, corrosion, welding, and NDT techniques. • Proficiency in thickness inspection management, corrosion analysis, and inspection plan development. • Experience with APM Meridium, Pestra, Credo, or similar software. • Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively. • Working knowledge of oil and gas plant operations, safety, SHE risks, and equipment failure modes. • Understanding of international design and quality standards (ASME, API, B31 codes, etc.). • Hands‑on experience with in‑service inspection and repair of pressure equipment, heat exchangers, piping systems, relief devices, and storage tanks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong English communication skills. • Flexible to work shift schedules, travel internationally, and adapt to different locations. • Preferred certifications: API 580, 510, 570, 571, 653; NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist; BSI ISO/ENI; AWS/CSWIP/ASNT NDT. • Experience with SAP, automation, AI, and IoT implementations in oil & gas.
