About the Role

Each day you will inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of diesel and, at some locations, CNG trucks that serve over 20 million customers across the USA. Using modern tools and procedures, you will deliver exceptional maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems. Your work ensures that trucks roll out safely, supporting local communities. • Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment • Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts • Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs) • Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns • Conduct safety checks on vehicles, prioritizing employee and community safety • Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times • Assist senior mechanics in project work completion • Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA standards and safety procedures

What You Bring

To be considered you need at least two years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and be 18 years or older. You must be legally eligible to work in the United States, able to meet the physical demands of the role, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical. Determined problem solvers who are eager to grow are a strong fit for our team. The job requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, as well as constant standing, walking, and grasping, with occasional sitting and balancing. Workers are regularly exposed to occupational risks such as cuts, burns, and toxic chemicals, as well as a noisy, dirty, and weather‑extreme environment both indoors and outdoors.
