About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing overall maintenance programs. Key duties include performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work; assisting the Service Manager; completing service requests promptly; conducting preventative maintenance; responding to emergency calls per policy; supporting resident functions; and contributing to the community preservation and preventive maintenance plan. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical maintenance tasks. • Assist Service Manager with community needs. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs. • Respond to emergency service calls according to company policy. • Support resident functions. • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable self-starters with at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, A/C Type II or Universal certification, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call. • Minimum 1 year apartment maintenance experience. • A/C Certification Type II or Universal required. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
