About the Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms are ready for guests, schedules are aligned with occupancy forecasts, and service standards are consistently met. This role also involves coordinating maintenance requests, responding to guest needs promptly, and upholding professional conduct across all interactions. • Coordinate staff schedules based on standards and forecasted occupancy • Assign daily work tasks to housekeeping employees • Maintain timely room inventory for the front desk • Document and communicate maintenance requests to engineering • Respond quickly to guest requests and follow up for satisfaction • Maintain a professional image through appearance, dress, and conduct • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws, including OSHA • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Interact professionally with team members, management, owners, members, and guests
