About the Role
The current opening is for a Traffic Control Technician. This role involves a mix of electrical, masonry, and hydraulic tasks within construction and facility maintenance projects. • Perform small concrete pad work: form, pour, finish, and operate concrete saws, hammer drills, jackhammers. • Communicate professionally with customers and document repairs with measurements, photos, recommendations, and quotes.

What You Bring
Key technical responsibilities include using a multimeter to test AC and DC voltage, troubleshooting basic electrical issues, and working with PLCs when applicable. The technician must also handle small concrete pad work—forming, pouring, finishing, and operating tools such as concrete saws, hammer drills, and jackhammers. Additionally, a basic understanding of hydraulic pumps and cylinders is required. The position demands mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift 50 lb, strict adherence to OSHA guidelines, and professional communication with customers. Detailed documentation of repairs—measurements, photos, recommendations, and quotes—is essential. Flexibility for overtime, on‑call duties, and overnight travel across the United States is expected. Candidates need at least three years of construction experience, must supply basic hand tools, and must hold an OSHA 10‑hour certification or obtain one within three months of hire (employer‑paid).
