The role does not include direct reports, but the carpenter will occasionally oversee helpers and laborers, holding positional and expertise authority over those positions. • Construct, dismantle, and repair wooden and metal objects and concrete forms. • Tie rebar, build forms, and finish concrete. • Collaborate closely with helpers and laborers, providing guidance when needed.
