What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and have three to five years of experience servicing diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil‑&‑gas machinery. Key skills include advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting abilities, flexibility with changing priorities, and the possibility of providing personal mechanic tools. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language may be required depending on location. The position demands physical activity such as bending, squatting, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and may be performed indoors or outdoors.
