About the Role

The role supports overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber services, requiring you to perform installations, relocations, and maintenance of aerial plants using pole climbs or bucket trucks. You will read schematics, interpret construction prints, and troubleshoot field problems as they arise. • Perform pole climbs or operate bucket trucks for aerial plant installation, relocation, and maintenance. • Troubleshoot field issues as they arise. • Prioritize daily safety and maintain high‑quality workmanship. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach. • Participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). • Utilize Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

What You Bring

We seek an experienced lineman who treats safety as a daily habit and consistently delivers high‑quality work. The ideal candidate enjoys hands‑on problem solving, works well in a team, is comfortable climbing poles and operating bucket trucks, and has the required MOS codes. • Read and interpret schematics and construction prints. • Possess extensive knowledge of aerial‑work equipment and MOS codes (2847, B05A, 3D157, 002599, 5699, 12P, 12Q). • Comfortable working in bucket trucks and climbing poles.
