About the Role
Key responsibilities include developing bid packages, facilitating RFPs, accrediting and onboarding vendors, and negotiating contracts with clear scope, pricing, and equipment details. The specialist utilizes a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to handle amendments, renewals, and compliance, while monitoring vendor performance trends and maintaining organized documentation such as COIs and contract renewals. Additional duties involve resolving vendor issues, presenting to stakeholders, researching supply‑base consolidation, generating metrics and supplier QBRs, and ensuring adherence to procurement policies. • Develop bid packages and facilitate RFP processes. • Conduct vendor accreditation, onboarding, and ongoing administration. • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring accurate scope, pricing, and equipment lists. • Manage contract lifecycle using CLM tool, including amendments and renewals. • Monitor vendor performance and generate trend reports. • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and contract terms. • Maintain organized vendor documentation, tracking COIs and renewals. • Resolve vendor issues collaboratively with clients and account teams. • Present procurement updates to internal and external stakeholders professionally. • Research and consolidate supply base to improve service levels. • Produce metrics, analysis, and supplier QBRs to support client expectations. • Prepare and distribute statistical reports for contract record keeping. • Apply strategic sourcing processes and utilize e‑sourcing and contract management systems. • Analyze contracts and explain terms to stakeholders.

What You Bring
Reporting to Procurement Leadership, the Procurement Specialist supports all procurement activities and vendor management for assigned client accounts. The role leverages experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contracting, and analytics, including vendor administration, opportunity analysis, contract preparation, and compliance monitoring. Experience in commercial real estate or facility management and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential. Compensation ranges from $68,000 to $80,000, with competitive adjustments based on location, experience, and collective‑bargaining status.
