What You Bring

• Collaborative nature and willing to share knowledge across broader team while contributing to reusable collateral • Prosci Change Management certification • Excellent written, verbal communication skills • 9+ years of experience in a team-based professional environment • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school or university is required. • Organizational change management deployment experience within electric or gas utilities • Utility grid operations knowledge, breadth and depth • Strong client-facing skills • Demonstrated credentials in utility consulting in two or more of the following areas: • Ability to work across multiple projects. • MBA from an accredited school or university • Utility technologies (Distributed Energy Resource Management System, Demand Response Management System, Geographic Information Systems, Outage Management System, Advanced Distribution Management System, Work Management, Automated Metering Infrastructure, or Energy Management Systems)
