About the Role

Drivers are tasked with safely operating heavy‑duty trucks, adhering to all safety regulations, and delivering reliable service to customers on assigned routes. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) and report any issues for corrective action. • Report unsafe situations, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage immediately to the Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Communicate customer requests, blocked containers, missed pick‑ups, or other route issues to Dispatch or Operations Manager. • Dump all containers, clean the site, reposition containers upright with lids secured, and ensure they do not obstruct driveways or traffic. • Complete and submit customer tickets for excess yardage removal and other service documentation. • Follow assigned route schedules, assist other drivers as directed, and finalize all paperwork at the end of each route.

What You Bring

The position requires a valid CDL‑B, a minimum age of 18, a clean driving record, and successful completion of DOT drug, physical, and background checks; no prior experience or formal education is needed. • Maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑B) and meet acceptable driving‑record standards. • Pass pre‑employment DOT drug screening, physical examination, background check, and motor‑vehicle‑record review.
