Senior Technical Project Manager - Digital Solution Delivery

About the Role

Senior Technical Project Manager (M4) – Digital Solution Delivery is responsible for extending the data lake and data warehouse that underpins reporting and analytics solutions within the corporate Digital team by ingesting, egressing and transforming data from multiple sources. The role includes managing, mentoring and coaching team members to improve skills and experience, and deputising for the Head of Data and Analytics when necessary. • Design the data lake and data warehouse technical architecture in collaboration with the data architecture team. • Ensure data governance and best‑practice standards are applied. • Implement services and tools to ingest, egress, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. • Build and optimise end‑to‑end data flows for organizational use, emphasizing long‑term maintenance. • Maintain expert knowledge of platforms and drive adoption of new innovations and features. • Partner with software engineering teams to transition deliverables into production services. • Mentor, coach, and manage team members, and deputise for the Head of Data and Analytics as needed.
